Cloudflare | Unable to complete payment for Domain Transfer

To do the domain transfer from hostinger to cloudflare after the authorisation the transfer failed during payment.

The payment mode : Credit Card
Country : India

Error from the Bank:

Dear Customer, Your recurring transaction on Credit/Debit card ending XXXX at CLOUDFLARE on 16-JUL-22 for Rs. XY is declined due to RBI directive on processing of recurring transactions with additional authentication.

Error in Cloudlfare:
Something wnet wrong

Solution:

I tried to change the payment method from direct credit card to paypal and then it started working and I was able to initiate the domain transfer successfully.
